Narooma High Athletics Carnival
- Narooma High School Athletics Carnival will be held on Tuesday 17th May 2016,at Smyth Oval Narooma, officially beginning at 8.50am. Rolls will be marked at the oval at 8.55am.
- Students who wish to contest the 800m event will need to be at the ground at 8.30am. This race will be run at 8.45am.
- All buses will go directly to the oval to drop off students in the morning, and will pick up from the oval in the afternoon.
- The school will operate the canteen at the oval, but it is suggested students bring their lunch, as no one will be allowed to leave the oval at lunchtime. Students are encouraged to wear their house colours and should also bring a hat, sunscreen and T-shirt, and some wet weather gear.
House names and colours are as follows:
- Rolls 1-5 Dromedary – Blue
- Rolls 6-10 Corunna – Red
- Rolls 11-15 Montague – Yellow
- Rolls 16-20 Wagonga – Green
This is a normal school day and all students are expected to attend the carnival. In the event of wet weather please listen to the local radio stations and, if the carnival is cancelled, come to school prepared for normal lessons.
